摘要
采用文献资料法,回顾了体育团队凝聚力的概念,总结了它的测量方法,着重考察了关于体育团队凝聚力的影响因素。研究发现,我国关于体育团队凝聚力的研究不多,对其如何评价的研究更少,建立符合我国国情的凝聚力评价系统应是今后研究的重点。
With the method of literature,the article has a review of the concept of sports team cohesion,summarizes its measuring method,mainly inspects the influence factors of sports team cohesion.Study finds that the study of sports team cohesion is not much,research of how to evaluate it is even less,establishing cohesion evaluation system suitable to China's national conditions should be the focus of future research.
