摘要
目的用环境综合处置的方法,研究和探索散在小螺点(小于100m2)的灭螺方法、效果,探索适合我区甚至更大范围有螺地区的血防工作新方案。方法以2007年奉贤区血防春查时发现的3个小螺点为实验螺点,采用环境综合处置方法进行灭螺,定期监测钉螺密度,评价血防效果。结果根据3个螺点环境特点,采用3种环境综合改造方案,6个月后滩涂环境的1号和3号螺点螺密度降为0;12个月后,3个螺点螺密度均降为0。结论采用环境综合处置的方法,同样达到了灭螺和控制血吸虫病的效果,且对环境污染小,尤其是对周边养殖业不会造成危害。因此,在水产养殖业发达地区采用此方法,其环保和经济学效益明显优于传统的血防方法,值得推广。
Objective To explore oncomelania hupensis gredler control method and effect on small oncomelania area (less than 100m2) by using the method of environmental comprehensive disposal. To explore new proposals of schistosomiasis prevention on Fengxian District or other oncomelania area. Methods three small oncomelania areas in Fengxan District were chosen as the test zones, which were found during schistosomiasis prevention spring inspection in 2007. Then environmental comprehensive treatment measures were taken to control the oncomelania. Regular monitoring was conducted to check the density of oncomelania and evaluate the schistosomiasis prevention effect. Results According to the features of the 3 oncomelania areas, three different environment comprehensive rebuilt proposals were taken to control the oncomelania. After six months, oncomelania population of two areas has reduced to zero. After twelve months, oncomelania population of all three areas has reduced to 0. Conclusion With environmental comprehensive treatment method, oncomelania control and schistosomiasis prevention effect are also achieved. Especially there is less pollution to environment, and it does no harm to neighbouring aquaculture industry. Therefore, this method is superior to traditional methods in its environmental and economic effectiveness of schistosomiasis control in developed aquaculture industry areas. It is worth promoting.
