摘要
通过单因素实验和正交试验,对枸杞中总黄酮的微波辅助提取工艺进行研究。结果表明:微波辅助提取枸杞中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:90%的乙醇,固液比1∶12,微波功率600 W,微波作用时间60 min。最佳工艺条件下,枸杞总黄酮提取率为1.04%。
Through the single factor and orthogonal experiment,the microwave-assisted extraction technology of total flavonoids from Chinese wolfberry was researched in this paper.The results showed that the optimum process conditions were ethanol 90%,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 12,microwave power 600 W,microwave action time 60 min.The extraction yield of total flavonoids from Chinese wolfberry is 1.04% at the optimum conditions.
