摘要
本文将中国经济增长的奇迹置于更长远的历史背景下,试图说明改革开放以来快速的经济增长是对二百年前欧洲奇迹的回应。中国经济奇迹可以从经济发展战略引发的制度变迁、要素投入数量和质量的增加以及充分利用后发优势所形成的技术进步来解释。决定中国奇迹发生的主要因素仍将在未来相当长时期发挥重要作用,而且,由于行政管理体制改革带来的国家治理能力的增强与自主创新能力的提高,中国经济在未来仍将保持较快的增长速度。
The China Miracle of economic growth in past 30 years is researched in the historian backgrounds in this paper,which try to make it clear that the fast growth since the reform and opening policies implemented was the response to the European Miracle about 200 years ago.The economic miracle in China can be explained by institution changes,the input increasing in quantity and quality and technology progress through utilizing the backward advantage,which was inspired by the change of economic development strategy.The main factors determining the miracle to happen will play an important role in the long run, moreover,the building up of state governing and independent innovation promoting by the administration system reform will guarantee the fast growth of China economy in the future.
