Congenital cystic adenomatoid of lung is a rare lung disease which seriously endangers the fetal health. Prenatal diagnosis plays a vital role for improving the quality of fetal life. Prenatal ultrasonography is the first choice to detect the congenital cystic adenomatoid of lung early in pregnancy.
