摘要
磨削液质量浓度对磨削过程的使用效果和应用成本具有很大的影响。对摩擦学性能、黏度、热容3个参数进行研究,探讨有机醇磨削液质量浓度改变对Si3N4陶瓷磨削性能的影响。试验结果表明:在切磨过程中,可以选用质量浓度较低的磨削液;而对于平磨和外圆磨削等,宜选用质量浓度较高的磨削液。
The concentration of grinding liquid has a great influence on application effect and cost of grinding process. Based on the parameters such as the tribological properties,viscosity and heat capacity,it is discussed that the concentration change of organic alcohol grinding liquid will lead to the grinding performance change of Si3N4ceramics. Experimental results show that the grinding fluid can be chosen with low concentration in the cutting grinding. As for the flat surface grinding and cylindrical grinding,it is appropriate to select grinding liquid with high concentration.
