隧道式智能化架子曲培养装置的设计

摘要 为了提高白酒生产制曲操作的机械化、连续化、自动化和联动化程度,降低劳动强度,改善制曲车间的劳动条件,扩大生产规模,提高经济效益,创造性地设计隧道式智能化架子曲培养装置。该系统实施后可按预定的工艺,准确控制曲房的温度、湿度,稳定并提高大曲的质量。该工艺既能保持传统大曲的自然堆积、积温发酵,又能保留微机架式曲不翻转的工艺特点,能够改善制曲车间的劳动条件,扩大生产规模,提高经济效益,具有很高的推广应用价值。 In order to improve the mechanization,continuation,automation and linkage degree of liquor starter operation and reduce labor intensity,improve the working conditions of koji-making workshops,expand production scale,improve economic efficiency,creatively design tunnel Intelligent culture device for shelf starter-making. With the implementation of this system,the process can be scheduled to accurately control the koji-making plants temperature and humidity,stabilize and improve the Daqu quality. The process can not only to maintain the natural accumulation and accumulated temperature fermentation of traditional Daqu,but also preserve the non-inverted characteristics of computer-controlled shelf starter-making,which have a high level of promotion and application value.
