摘要
为研究区域经济发展与环境污染之间的关系,本文选取了1989~2009年的淄博市环境与经济数据,运用相关分析与回归分析的方法,建立了人均GDP与人均污染物排放量模型,对淄博市经济发展与环境污染之间的关系进行了计量研究。研究发现,淄博市EKC不完全符合典型的环境库兹涅茨曲线特征。其中工业废水曲线近似于倒U形曲线的左半部分,尚未到达转折点;工业废气曲线呈现出倒U形曲线特征,人均GDP近5万元时出现转折点;工业固废曲线呈现出U形+倒U形的波浪式。本文分析了产生这一现象的原因,同时针对存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。
In order to find the relationship between environmental pollution and economic development,by using correlation analysis and regression analysis method,this paper selected environmental and economic data from 1989 to 2009 of Zibo to establish the model of GDP per capita and per capita emissions of pollutants.The paper found that the EKC of Zibo does not fully comply with the typical shape of environmental Kuznets Curve.The curve of industrial waste water which has not yet reached a turning point takes the shape of the left part of the inverted U;The curve of industrial waste gases takes the shape of inverted U and the turning point in GDP per capita of nearly 5 million;The industrial solid waste curve takes the shape of U plus inverted U.This paper analyzed the reasons for this phenomenon and gave the corresponding recommendations for the problems.
