Hydropower Resources Development Emigration Compensation Model in Ethnic Minority Regions

移民工作是水电工程建设的重点之一,不仅关系工程建设的计划,还关系到库区社会稳定,尤其是少数民族地区移民工作。少数民族移民在整个移民安置补偿中要充分考虑其民族特性,在全面总结移民物质资本补偿、社会资本补偿的基础上,结合具体实际案例对少数民族地区水电资源开发移民补偿模式进行深入分析,以期为解决水电资源开发建设中少数民族移民安置补偿问题提供一些建议。

Emigration work is one of the focal points of hydropower construction projects.It is not only relates to the planning,but also relates the social stability,especially in ethnic minority regions.Minority emigrants should be fully considered about its national identity throughout resettlement compensation.Based on the summary of the compensation of emigration physical capital and social capital, combined with the specific actual case,this paper analyses the hydropower resources development emigration compensation model in ethnic minority regions and gives some suggestions about how to solve the hydropower development emigration compensation in in ethnic minority regions.
