四川藏区农牧民参与旅游发展的可持续性研究

A Research on the Sustainability of Farmers and Herdsmen's Participation to Tourism Development of Tibetan Areas in Sichuan Province

四川藏区自2008年实施"藏区农牧民定居行动计划"和"帐篷新生活行动"以来,许多农牧民将发展旅游业作为替代传统生产方式的新选择。这种新语境下产生的农牧民参与旅游发展,在取得一定成效的同时也产生了一些问题。这些问题直接关系到农牧民参与旅游发展的可持续性,也关系着四川藏区的可持续发展。

Since the implement of 'Plan of Action for Settlement of Farmers and Herdsmen of Tibetan Areas in Sichuan Province 'and 'Action of New Life in 'Tents'' in 2008,many farmers and herdsmen made a new choice,that is to have tourism replace the traditional mode of production.The farmers and herdsmen's participation to tourism development has achieved some successes,but it also has some problems which affect the sustainability of their participation to tourism development and the sustainable development of Tibetan areas in Sichuan province.
