摘要
基于企业技术创新能力评价体系的理论研究成果,结合高新技术企业的特点,首先构建了高新技术企业的技术创新能力评价指标体系,包括投入能力,研发能力,制造能力,营销能力,产出能力和管理能力6个方面,并给出了各评价指标的测评方法。然后应用基于DEA系统潜力损失的决策单元全排序方法对企业技术创新能力进行评价,并且用算例对评价方法进行了分析。
Based on the theoretical researches of the evaluation for enterprises' technological innovation capability,the characteristics of high - tech enterprises are investigated,and the evaluation index system of technological innovation capability of high-tech enterprises in China is constracted,which includes six aspects:input capacity,R&D capacity,manufacturing capacity, marketing ability,output capacity,and management capacity.Finally,full ranking method for DMUs based on DEA system' s potential loss is applied to evaluate the technological innovation capability,and the evaluating process in an example is demonstrated.
