企业成长的关键影响因素及其重要性研究——以服务行业企业为例

Studies on Factors and Their Importance on Determining Firm Growth——Take Service Enterprises for Example

在文献研究的基础上,结合对服务行业企业一线管理者所做的访谈,总结归纳出服务行业企业成长的影响因素。分别为这些影响因素和企业成长性建立了测量指标,设立了调查问卷。将企业生命周期划为创业阶段、快速发展阶段、相对稳定阶段和二次创业四个阶段,分别对所处每一阶段上的企业成长性进行研究。通过使用SPSS统计软件对回收的问卷数据进行分析,验证了调查问卷的信度和效度;得到了影响服务企业成长的关键因素,分析了这些关键影响因素在企业生命周期不同阶段的相对重要性。

On the basis of literature review and interviews with front-line managers from Chinese service enterprises,this article summarizes the main factors determining firm growth of the Chinese service sector.It builds measurement indicators for these factors and designs questionnaire.This article divides the corporate life-cycle into four phases which are start-up phase,rapid-growth phase,relatively stable phase and second start-up phase,and researches on firm growth of enterprises at each phase.It analyses the validity and reliability of the collected data of questionnaire through SPSS statistical software,gains key factors affecting firm growth of service enterprises,and analyses the relative importance of these factors at each phase of corporate life-cycle.
