摘要
应用型专业大学生供需错位,饭店管理专业具有典型意义。按照市场需求培养应用型人才,是应用型大学的出路所在。本文在对北京市部分中高星级饭店进行问卷调查、走访与座谈,了解行业对饭店管理专业人才要求的基础上提出关于人才培养目标、课程设置、专业实习以及师资培训等方面的改革建议。
Hotel management major is a typical example in terms of the disequilibrium of supply and demand of graduates from applied-type majors.Cultivating talents with applied competence in accordance with market needs is the way out for applied-type universities.The paper,upon questionnaire,interviews and discussions in part of Beijing's star-rated hotels,puts forward some suggestions for reform regarding talent-cultivation target,curricula establishment,internship program and teachers' training based on the requirement to hotel management professional talents from the industry.
