摘要
在班图拉社会学习理论中 ,其三元交互论较客观地反映了行为、人的内部因素与环境之间的复杂关系。且观察学习是社会行为习得的更常见方式。故教师与家长要从多角度、多层面考虑儿童社会行为的教育 ,处理好正面榜样与负面榜样对儿童的影响 ,充分挖掘正面榜样的教育功能。
In Bandural's social learning theory, the triadic reciprocal determinism impersonally reflects the complicated relations among behavior, hominine internal factors and environment. Observational learning is the more familiar manner of the acquisition of social behavior. So teacher and parents should consider the education of child social behavior from different views and correctly deal with the influence of positive models and negative models and then exert the educational function of the positive models enough.
