Preparation of TiO_2-Barite Pigments by Mechano-chemistry Method

摘要 以重晶石粉体为原料,通过干法、湿法工艺优选,采用机械力化学法制备TiO2-重晶石颜料,讨论干法制备TiO2-重晶石颜料的工艺条件对复合粉体性能的影响。结果表明,复合颜料制备的最优工艺条件为复合时间为1.5 h,钛白粉质量分数为40%,球料质量比为4∶1,制备得到的TiO2-重晶石颜料遮盖力达到钛白粉的80%以上,并且包覆效果最佳。 TiO2-barite pigments were prepared through mechano-chemistry method taking barite powders as raw materials. By comparing the dry and wet process obtained TiO2-barite composite pigments, dry preparation was determined. The dry preparation of TiO2-barite pigment process conditions impact on the properties was focused. The results show that the optimum technical conditions are that the recombination time is 1.5 h, the TiO2 content is 40%, the mass ratio of ball to powder is 4:1. Under these conditions, the hiding power of TiO2-barite pigments can reach more than 80% of TiO2 powders and the coating effect is best.
