炼化在役装置的HAZOP风险评估技术

摘要 介绍了HAZOP风险评估技术,包括基本原理、术语以及分析步骤。在此基础上,将此技术应用到聚乙烯装置中,共讨论PID图纸37张,分析节点48个,讨论问题908项,找出了偏差产生的原因和可能导致的后果,评估了风险等级,并提出相应的控制措施,最后对在役装置开展此项技术的前景做出了展望。 This paper introduces HAZOP risk assessment technology involving fundamental principles, nomenclatures as well as analysis process. Based on this,the technology is applied to polyethylene unit. The paper discusses 37 pieces of PID drawings,48 nodes and 908 problems. It found out the reasons for the derivation and the possible consequences. The paper also puts forward corresponding control measures and looks into the future of the technology applied to units in use.
