面部软组织外伤中西医结合急诊美容修复

Cosmetic Repair Effect of the Facial Soft Tissue Wound by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨面部软组织外伤中西医结合美容修复疗效。方法:对2010年1月一2012年12月,对85例面部软组织外伤创口(创面)行中西医结合急诊美容修复,采用清创、创周软组织分离、真皮缝合减张、局部皮瓣修复、皮肤移植等方法修复创口(创面)。修复后创口外用中药复春散1号5天,抗感染、促进上皮尽快生长、减少瘢痕形成。结果:85例病例,创口均一期愈合,术后随访6月至2年,修复伤口呈极细小线状,基本不见瘢痕,使用局部皮瓣者,对周边组织形态未见影响。结论:尽早使用美容修复合并使用中药复春散1号对面部软组织创伤创口创面的修复极有价值。

Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of the facial soft tissue wound by integrative Chinese and western medicine. Methods From January, 2010 to December, 2012, 85 cases of facial soft tissue wound were treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine, including debridement, wound soft tissue separation,leather stitched to reduce tension, local flaps, skin grafts and other methods, to repair the wounds. Fuchunsan were used on the first 5 days for anti-infection, to promote epithelial growth as soon as possible, and to reduce scar formation. Results 85 cases were followed up for about 6 months to 2 years. Wound had very small linear, with no obvious scar. Those who used local flaps had no impact on the surrounding tissue. Conclusion It is a valuable way to repair facial tissue wounds by using cosmetic surgery and Funchunsan I.
