摘要 现代麻醉中麻醉深度的监测与调控是人们关注的热点课题。目前测量麻醉深度是应用一个机制不完全明了的手段,来测定一个机制相当复杂的大脑。本文将讨论定量麻醉深度方面的最新进展,揭示监测麻醉深度的可靠性及局限性,以期发挥监测麻醉深度来指导精确麻醉用药,防止术中知晓和改善患者预后的作用。 Depth monitoring and modulation are the hotpots in anesthesia research. The anesthesia depth monitoring applied in clinical practices is a method which mechanism is not well known, but be used to reflect the complicated brain. This review introduces the progresses in the anesthesia depth monitoring, and shows their reliability as well as limitions, and also can be used in the detection of anesthetics applications, prevention of awakeness during operation, and improvements of patients’ outcome.
