摘要
为保证电网的安全稳定运行,满足国民经济发展的需要,必须建设智能化电网和智能化变电站,提高电力系统运行的智能化和信息化水平。智能变电站技术可以增强输电网、配电网的传榆能力和电网调控能力,减少变电站投资,还可以使常规变电站的许多问题迎刃而解,如:电磁式互感器带来的问题、继电保护状态检修、控制电缆所引起的电磁干扰问题、复杂二次回路等。以220 kV滨江智能变电站为实例,阐述其设计方案、设备测试、实施情况,并对其投运后的常见问题及解决对策进行分析探讨。
To ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid,satisfied the needs of the development of national economy,the intelligent power grid and intelligent substation must be build to enhance the level of intelligent and information of electric power system operation.Smart substation technology can enhance the transmission grid,the capacity of transmission the distribution grid and the grid's ability to regulate and control,reduce substation investment,can also solve many the problems of conventional substation,such as:the problems brought about by the electromagnetic transformer,relay condition-based maintenance,control cable caused by electromagnetic interference,complex secondary circuit and so on.As an example of 220 kV Binjiang smart substation,the paper elaborates its designing scheme,equipment testing,the implementation situation,and analyzes of common problems and solutions after put into operation.
