摘要
对水翁1年生幼苗在淹水胁迫:涝渍(土壤水分完全饱和)、淹水(淹水深度土表以上20 cm)、全淹水(植株整体处于水面以下)处理下的生长指标和生理指标进行测定,结果表明:水翁存活率为100%;随着淹水强度的增强和淹水时间的延长,高生长量、生物量、叶绿素含量、根系活力下降;随着淹水时间的延长,丙二醛含量在涝渍处理下先上升后下降,在淹水处理和全淹水处理下呈上升趋势;随着淹水强度的增强,丙二醛含量在第15天、第30天时呈先下降后上升,第45天时呈上升趋势。综合分析表明,水翁耐水性强,轻度的潮湿或渍水环境为水翁的理想生境。
The growth and physiological indexes of 1-year-old Cleistocalyx operculatus were determined with the treatment of waterlog-ging (whole saturation of soil water), inundation(inundation depth of 20cm above the soil surface) and overall inundation (all plant under the water).The results showed that survival rate was 100%;The height volume growth, biomass, chlorophyl content and root activity decreased with the deepening degree and prolonging time of waterlogging .The MDA content raised in the earlier days then declined with prolonging time in water saturation , it showed the increasing tendency with waterlogging and whole water logging treat-ment,with the waterlogging tendency increasing ,it raised after declined with the deepening degree after 15 days and 30 days,while the rest presented raising after 45 days.Integrated analysis implied that Cleistocalyx operculatus had good water resistance , the light dampness and water saturation surroundings were its idea habitat .
