小型西瓜果实生长过程中无损检测基础信息的研究 被引量:4

摘要 小型西瓜京秀果实在发育的过程中,瓜皮厚度和密度在授粉后20天至成熟的过程中没有明显的变化,而含水率、叶绿素含量、可溶性固形物含量、单双糖含量、可滴定酸含量及糖酸比等指标变化明显。营养物质在不同部位分布不均匀。多项指标在授粉后25~33天过程中变化较为剧烈,品质变化较大。由糖酸比及可滴定酸含量判断,授粉后31天,西瓜果实可以采摘食用。由单双糖含量分析可推断果实在授粉后33天达到生理成熟。在授粉后33~38天中趋于平稳,表明西瓜果实发育到一定的阶段即使不采摘其品质也不会发生明显的变化。另外由于授粉25~33天前后的西瓜果实成熟度差异较大,此为近红外定性分析西瓜果实成熟度提供了依据。 During the development process of small watermelon fruit JINGXIU,density and rind thickness do not change significantly,while the moisture content,chlorophyll content,soluble solids content,the odd and even sugar content,titratable acid content,sugar-acid ratio and other indicators change significantly from 20 days after pollination to mature.Nutrients in different parts distribute unevenly.Many indicators of quality change more dramaticlly during the process of 25 to 33 days after pollination.Determined by the sugar-acid ratio and the titratable acid content,watermelon fruit can be harvested for human consumption 31 days after pollination.Inferred from the analysis of odd and even fruit sugar content,the fruit reach physiological maturity 33 days after pollination.It is shown that the watermelon fruit develops to a certain stage of quality,it will not change dramatically even not be picked from the stabilization 33 to 38 days after pollination.In addition,it shows a quite obvious maturity difference the days before 25 and after 33 of watermelon fruit,which is the basis of the watermelon fruit maturity qualitative analysis by the near-infrared technology.
