摘要
对 12名世居高原中长跑运动员进行了为期 14周的高原(2260 m)~高原(2634 m)和两次高原(2260 m)~平原(396 m)交替训练的研究。训练期间生理、生化指标的测试结果表明:世居高原中长跑运动员进行不同海拔地区交替训练,对增强其生理机能和运动能力都有积极的影响。从本次训练的生理效应来看,高原~高原交替训练好于高原~平原交替训练。
12 middle and long distance runners natively living on altitude served as subjects for altitude training. They performed alternative altitude training from 2260m to 2634m above sea level, followed by alternative training from 2260m above sea level to 396m at plain twice. The whole test lasted for 14 weeks. Athletes' physiological and biochemical parameters were examined during the alternative training, which showed positive effects on athletes' physiological function and athletic ability. Observing from this research , alternative training from altitude to higher altitude showed better effects than that from altitude to plain.
