摘要 无氧能力(Anaerobic Capacity,AC)是指运动中人体通过无氧代谢途径提供ATP的极限能力,检测人体AC对于科学地分析与评价机体无氧作功能力和效率,检测训练效果等均具有重要意义。本文着重从方法学上介绍AC的动力学和生理学检测,其中主要包括:临界功率试验(CPT)、全力运动负荷试验,最大血乳酸值法和最大累积氧亏法(MAOD)。 Anaerobic capacity(AC) is defined as the maximal amount of ATP resynthesised via anaerobic metabolism during exercise, Measurement of AC in humans have important applications in the evaluation of human work capacity, efficiency and training effects.This review focuses on the laboratory dynamic and physiological measures including critical power test, all out exercise test, peak post exercise blood lactate method and maximal accumulated oxygen deficit method.A brief discussion focus on the applications of above methods in the sports science research and practice was made in this paper.
