摘要
本文从人地关系的高度出发 ,论述了人口对实现可持续发展的影响 ,并提出了实现可持续发展的一系列配套措施。
The essay begins with the analysis of the external restricting factors of affecting the Chinese economic and social development——population, resources and environment with population as the most important factor. At the same time, it proposes that we should start from man land relationship to formulate a complete set of measure system.
