Democratic politics is required essentially for the development of market economy and the basic nature of socialism.Because it has great social functions,such as raising economic benefits,realizing basic human rights and maintaining political stability,it has become the central contents and key conditions of contemporary China social modernization.The basic strategies of promoting the construction of modern Chinese democratic politics are to strengthen the construction of democratic legal system and to implement ruling governments,to reform political system and to deploy power resources reasonably,to shape modern democracy and democratic culture,and to create unceasingly fine environments of the construction of democratic politics.
