摘要
本文从“认知语言学”对待转喻的观点出发,论证汉语“的”字结构转指中心语的现象本质上是一种“语法转喻”。转指的规律跟认知上转喻的规律基本一致。文中提出一个转喻/转指的认知模型,“认知框架”和“显著度”是其中的两个重要概念。这种认知理论比以往关于“的”字结构转指的论述有史强的概括力和解释力。
It presents a cognitive approach to the phenomenon of a modifying de-construction separatelydesignating the head in a NP. It is claimed that this transferred designation (TD) is in essence a ldndof 'grammatical metonymy' in the sense of cognitive linguistics. To explicate the constrainsts onTD the author sets up a cognitive model ofmetonymy, in which cognitive frame and salience aretwo important notions. Being able to accommodate the effects of conteXt on TD, this model provesto be more adeuate in generalization and explanation of data.
