金代都市警巡院研究

Urban Jingxunyuan in Jin Dynasty

利用《金史》等文献资料研究了金代诸京都市警巡院的建置、职能、性质及其时空特征等城市地理问题 ,认为 ,金代诸京都市警巡院已上升为独立的城市行政建制 ,与诸京县平行地隶属于诸京府。因而举凡建置了警巡院的城市实际上就是当时的建制城市 ;对都市实行专门化行政管理的诸京警巡院的兴起 ,标志了当时中国城市发展与管理的高水平和领先地位。这无论是在中国还是在世界城市发展史和管理制度史上均占有重要地位 。

On the basis of \%Jinshi(History of Jin Dynasty)\% and other literatures, this paper makes a study of such issues about urban geography as the establishment, function, nature and time\|space character of the urban \%Jingxunyuan\% in \%Jin\% Dynasty. The author believes that the \%Jingxunyuan\% of each city had become an independent administrative authority, subordinated to \%Jing Fu\% with other counties at the same level. Therefore, every city with a \%Jingxunyuan\% was in fact a formally established city at that time. The establishment of the urban \%Jingxunyuan\% marked the high\|level development of cities in China. This occupies an important place in the history of urban development and management in the world.
