Old Industrial Base Adjustment on the Eye of Employment in Liaoning

在老工业基地改造过程中,既要强调产业结构调整,也须实现就业结构调整,只有将两者有机地结合起来,才可能保证老工业基地调整取得成功。分析辽宁老工业基地就业状况成为辽宁老工业基地产业结构调整战略的重要组成部分之一。采用偏离份额分析法全面刻画了辽宁老工业基地的就业结构情况,提出了若干就业政策建议。

This article thinks, while transforming in the old industrial base, should emphasize industrial structure adjustment as same as the adjustment of obtaining employment suddenly. Only combining the two together organically, may guarantee to changes and achieves success in the old industrial base. So analyzing Liaoning' s employment structure of industrial base, becomes one of the important composition departments of Liaoning's development strategy. This thesis tries to analyze the employment structure of the old industry base in bias share analytic approach of regional economics. Several employment Policy recommendations were put in the end of this paper.
