摘要
本文通过对项群理论与蹦床训练的分析，得出运用项群理论可为蹦床发展战略目标的制定提供依据，为蹦床运动项目的管理提供方法论，对蹦床训练规律的探讨和揭示都有一定的价值和现实意义。
