摘要
在房地产交易中,信息不对称往往使购房者的合法权益屡屡受到侵害,而我国目前的房地产经纪服务模式较为单一,没有针对购房者的专业代理服务。介绍了美国房地产专向购买代理服务,由此得到启示,对购房代理服务提出设想,并就其必要性、可行性和代理效果进行了分析研究。
The asymmetric information in real estate market can make the consumers' legal right aggrieved. But the service model of real estate brokerage is comparatively single in China. So far, there is no any good professional service for the house purchaser. By introducing the purchase of U.S. real estate agent, this paper puts forward house-purchase agency services pattern, and analyzes its necessity and feasibility.
