摘要
金融服务业兼具直接服务和间接服务特点。间接服务容易移植,客户忠诚度低。直接服务质量取决于知识和创新,以及社会诚信和制度环境,不易移植且客户忠诚度高。由于科学技术进步和金融市场发展的相互作用,国际金融中心长期竞争力更多地依赖于直接服务。国内建设国际金融中心,应顺应上述变化。为提高国际金融中心的竞争力,应重点提升直接服务质量,并将直接服务与间接服务挂钩,使间接服务固定下来。本文为此提出了相关的建议措施。
Financial service has characteristics of both direct service and indirect service.Indirect service is prone to be transplanted and indirect service acceptors have less customer loyalty.Direct service,heavily relies on knowledge,innovation,social trust and institutional capital,which are hardly transplanted,and thus its acceptors have more customer loyalty.Due to the interaction of information technology and financial markets,the competitive power of internatila financial centers depends on direct service in the long run.The construction of international finance center should adapt to the changes and focuses on the quality of direct service,while integrating direct service and indirect service to increase the customer loyalty of indirect service.Serveral measures are proposed in this paper.
