在理论研究与实践探索的基础上，提出了电化教学与表象训练相结合的新型体育教学方法，并分析了这一教学方法的可行性，探讨了这一教学方法的操作程序。最后介绍了试验情况。

Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration, this article presented physical education pedagogy combining the audio-visual education program with the idea training, analyzed the feasibility of the pedagogy, and inquired into the operating sequences of it. Finally, this article introduced the experiment.
