SDE-GC联用分析啤酒中N-亚硝胺

Determination of N-nitrosoamines in beer samples by single drop-extraction gas-chromatography

运用一滴溶剂萃取 气相色谱 (SDE GC)联用技术对啤酒中N 亚硝胺的分析进行了可行性探讨 ,讨论了一滴溶剂萃取的影响因素 ,优化了实验条件。该方法对挥发性亚硝胺检测线性范围在 5 0～ 70 0 μg L之间 ,检出限 :N 亚硝基二乙胺 (NDEA)为 1 0 μg L ,N 亚硝基吡咯烷 (NPYR)为 2 0 μg L ,N 亚硝基二丁胺(NDBA)为 5 μg L。回收率为 90 .9%～ 97.3% ,相对标准偏差为 6.1 %～ 7.9% ,一滴溶剂萃取所用的有机溶剂很少 ( 1～ 2 μL) ,环境污染小 ,萃取时间短 ,且回收率高。

A single drop-extraction method coupled with gas chromatography for determination of N-nitrosodiethylamine, and N-nitrosodi-n-butylamine, N-nitrosopropylamine in beer samples was developed. The experimental conditions were optimized. The linear ranges were between 50 and 700 μg/L with detection limits of 5 μg/L to 20 μg/L. The method was used for determination of trace volatile organic N-nitrosoamine in beer samples. The average recoveries 90.9 to 97.3% and RSD were from 6.1 to 7.9%.
