关于我国优秀女子排球队凝聚力的初步研究

Initial Study on the Condensing Power of the Chinese Elite Women Volleyball Teams

凝聚力是群体对其成员的吸引力,本文主要从社会学角度结合社会心理学对我国家女排和6支甲级女子排球队凝聚力进行了初步研究。结果表明:凝聚力综合地表现于运动队训练、竞赛和日常生活之中,“队员参与集体活动积极性”、“人际互动类型”、“内心状态”、“队内气氛”及“教练威信”对凝聚力的贡献分别占36.43％、21.45％、17.95％、12.63％和11.54％。本文设计的凝聚力测量表具有实践意义。

Condensing power is the attraction of the group to its mem-bers.From the view of sociology and combining with social psycho-logy,the paper makes an initial study on the condensing power of 7 Chinese elite women volleyball teams.The results show that the condensing power has been showed in training,competition and daily life of the teams.
