摘要
In this paper, the total nitrogen (N) flow and the flow of each amino acid, the endogenous N flow and the endogenous flow of each amino acid and the true digestibility of lysine and protein at the terminal ileum were determined, respectively, using the homoarginin (HA) method in soybean meal based diets with different level of the pea-hull (4%, 8% and 12%) and the rice hull (8%) fed to growing pigs. Five Yorkshire barrows equipped with PVTC for collection of ileal digesta were fed one of the diets according to a 5×5 Latin square design. The experimental results showed, in contrast to control diet, amongst the different level of the pea-hull, 12% pea-hull in the diet (diet D) could markedly affect the total N and amino acid flow, the endogenous N and endogenous amino acid flow (P<0.05), respectively, at the terminal ileum of pigs, but it has no impact on the true ileal digestibility of lysine and protein, respectively. 4% pea-hull (diet B) only could affect the true ileal digestibility of protein (P<0.05), and 8% pea-hull (diet C) also could affect the ileal proline flow (P<0.05). Whereas, 8% rice hull (diet E) in the diet had no impact on the total N and the amino acid flow, the endogenous N and the endogenous amino acid flow, and the true digestibility of lysine and protein at the terminal ileum of pigs, respectively. When the effect was compared between the diet of pea-hull and rice hull, 4% or 8% pea-hull has a similar effect to 8% rice hull (P>0.05). The effect of diet D on the total N and the amino acid flow and the endogenous N and the endogenous amino acid flow was superior to diet E (P<0.05).
