My tentative suggestions for the purchasing process control of paper-based books and journals in academic library

随着数据库等网络资源的蓬勃发展,图书馆的图书收藏受到了很大影响。在经费逐年萎缩,图书价格逐年上涨的情况下,为了提高图书馆图书采访质量,必须对图书采访工作进行量化控制。文章从购书经费的分配、采购图书内容的确定、年度采购计划的制定等方面入手,探讨了图书采访工作全过程的控制方法。

With the vigorous development of the database and other online resources,the libraries have been greatly influenced in the acquisition of paper-based books and journals.In order to raise the quality of books and journals purchased,the university libraries should exert direct control of the book acquisition of paper-based materials in the environment of the price rising of books and of the shrinking of funds year by year.Starting from the fund allocation,the determination of the acquisition of books,this article discusses the concrete methods for acquisition process control in book purchasing.
