黑龙江省域内现有20所本科应用型院校,在专业设置上呈现出总体专业布局结构、重点学科专业建设和新增专业与黑龙江省"十二五"重点发展产业不匹配的特点,为了优化专业布局,今后需要在专业设置的总体原则、优势学科群、优势专业群和专业内涵建设等方面进行完善和提高。

In Heilongjiang there are 20 applied colleges and universities,it shows unmatchable characters between general major layout,key discipline and major construction and new major with Heilongjiang 12th five-year key industries in the major settings.In order to optimize major layout,it is necessary to perfect and improve major settings from general principle,superior discipline clots,superior major cluster and specialty connotation construction.
