环境法律诊所教学模式探讨

Exploration of Teaching Mode in Environmental Law Clinic

环境保护法学是一门新兴的边缘性的法律学科,鉴于该学科的重要性,教育部于2007年将它列为法学专业核心课程。对于环境保护法的实践教学,一般高校多采用多媒体教学、案例教学的形式。环境法律诊所是一种新的实践教学模式,现已在我国一些高校的环境保护法课程教学中运用。较之传统的实践训练,环境法律诊所教学模式能取得较好的教学改革效果,可在更多高校法学专业推广运用,以培养复合型法律人才。

The environmental protection law is an emerging and borderline legal subject,and in consideration of the importance of the subject,the Ministry of Education made it a core course of law major in 2007.As for the practical teaching of the environ-mental protection law,many colleges apply methods of multimedia or case study.Environmental law clinic is a new practical teaching mode,which has already been applied to the course of environmental protection law by some colleges.The paper con-siders that comparing with the traditional practical training,the mode obtains better effect of teaching reforms,and it can be ap-plied in law major of many colleges so as to foster versatile law talents.
