摘要
采用人工土壤试验法,研究了在不同Pb暴露环境中赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia fetida)SOD活性的变化。结果表明,染毒5 d时,当受到低浓度Pb胁迫时,蚯蚓体内SOD活性降低;当受到高浓度Pb胁迫时,蚯蚓体内SOD活性不同程度升高。染毒15 d时随Pb浓度增大,蚯蚓体内SOD活性表现出升高趋势。蚯蚓体内SOD活性的变化规律性不明显。
The responses of the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activities of earthworm(Eisenia fetida) to soil plumbum(Pb) pollution were studied using the artificial soil test method.The results indicated that the SOD activities of earthworm polluted for 5 d by Pb decreased under the condition of low Pb stress,while increased in different levels under the high Pb stress condition.When polluted for 15 d by Pb,the SOD activity increased with the increasing of expose time.The regularity of the SOD activity change in earthworm was not obvious.
