摘要
盐对植物的光合作用有着十分重要的影响。试验以银杏叶片为材料,采用温室盆栽试验方法,研究了NaCl溶液对银杏叶片光合作用胁迫的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl溶液浓度的增加,银杏叶片的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数等光合作用指标都在下降,但在NaCl溶液浓度为50 mmol/L时,则对银杏叶片的光合作用有明显的促进作用。
Salt has very important influence on photosynthesis in plants.Taking Ginkgo biloba L.leaf as materials,experiment was conducted using greenhouse pot method to study the effect of NaCl solution stress on photosynthesis of G.biloba leaf.Results showed that with the increase of NaCl solution concentration,photosynthesis indexes such as chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of G.biloba leaf decreased.However,50 mmol/L NaCl solution had obvious promoting effect on photosynthesis of G.biloba leaf.
