剑湖湿地微齿眼子菜对环境氮素变化的响应 被引量:4

摘要 为了了解剑湖湿地沉水植物微齿眼子菜(Potamogeton maackianus A.Benn)对环境氮素的利用情况,测定了不同铵态氮和硝态氮胁迫下微齿眼子菜对环境氮素的响应。结果表明,微齿眼子菜在0~80mg/L NH4Cl和0~320 mg/L的KNO3环境中均能正常生长,且外观无明显变化;对铵态氮、硝态氮具有较强的吸收能力,且对铵态氮的吸收能力优于硝态氮;根据微齿眼子菜对环境氮素的响应可以看出,微齿眼子菜是一种较好的耐受氮、吸收氮和转化氮的水体生态修复植物。 Experiment was undertaken to detect the response of submerged plant Potamogeton maackianus A.Benn in Jian lake wetland to environment nitrogen under ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N) and nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N) stress so as to understand the use of environment nitrogen by P.maackianus.The results showed that P.maackianus could grow normally when the concentration of NH4Cl was 0~80 mg / L and the concentration of NO3-was 0~320 mg / L.P.maackianus had good absorption ability to NH4+-N and NO3--N;and its absorption ability to NH4+-N was stronger than that to NO3--N.P.maackianus is a good submerged plant for ecological restoration as it could tolerant,absorb and convert nitrogen well.
