Analysis of the Game in the Process of Rural Land Transfer

农村土地问题是我国"三农"问题的核心。农村土地流转的实质是参与各方的利益再分配过程,是各参与主体在现有制度下围绕土地流转利益分配追求利益最大化所进行的持续博弈过程。必须利用制度变迁理论及博弈理论分析各参与主体的利益分配机制,就保障农户这一弱势主体流转利益方面提出相应建议和对策。

Rural land is the core of the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers in our country.The essence of rural land transfer is the redistribution of the interests among the parties involved,and the continuing game that the participating subjects pursue the maximal benefits over the distribution of the land transfer in the present system.Drawing lessons from the Theory of Institutional Change and the Game Theory,in this article the authors analyze the main interest distribution mechanisms of the participating subjects involved,and put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to guarantee the transfer interests of the farmers as the disadvantaged group.
