大位移定向井钻井技术在JL607南块的应用 被引量:2

摘要 笔架岭油田是具有边水的薄层状复杂断块稀油油藏,为节约钻井投资成本、防止给海洋环境造成污染、实现经济有效开发,应用大位移井钻探技术对该区块进行了施工。根据该区块的地质情况和大位移井的井身结构设计,分析得出:该区块大位移井垂深浅,位垂比大,轨迹控制难度大;稳斜段长,井眼净化和携砂困难,存在托压的情况;钻具和井眼的接触面积大,对钻井液润滑防卡能力要求高;摩擦阻力和扭矩是制约大位移施工的障碍。在施工中应用导向钻井技术、PDC钻头、大位移井眼净化及携砂技术和钻井液技术有效解决了以上技术难点。现场实践证明:该区块大位移钻井技术的应用效果良好,达到较为理想的钻探效果,对于该区块今后的高效开发具有很好的参考意义。 BiJialing Oil Field is Thin-layered complex fault block oil reservoirs with edge water. In order to save drilling investment costs,prevent cause pollution to the marine environment and to achieve cost-effective development,it applies extended reach well drilling technology in the construction of that block. Based on the presentation of the geology of the block and the casing program designdesign,analysis conclusion: the extended reach well of this block have the characteristics that it is shallow vertical depth,large rate of displacement and vertical depth,so it is difficult to control trajectory; the Stabilization period is long,so it is hard to transport cuttings and maintain the borehole cleaning. The situation of backing pressure exists; In connection with the large contacted area of drill tool and bore hole,it has high requirement to Lubrication preventing ability of drilling fluid; Friction drag and torque is restricting the obstacles during the construction of large displacement well. Applied in the construction of the drilling hole cleaning technology,PDC bit,large displacement and carrier technology and drilling fluid technology effectively solves the above technical difficulties. Field Practice has proved that the large displacement drilling technology applies well and it achieves good drilling results in site construction. It is a good reference for the efficient development of the block in the future.
