环渤海地区经济增长与环境污染关系

Relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in Circum-Bohai-Sea Zone

根据辽宁省环渤海地区1999年—2010年经济和环境数据,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线原理和模型,建立人均GDP污染排放量模型,对辽宁省环渤海地区经济增长和环境污染之间的关系进行分析.结果表明:工业废水排放量与人均GDP关系不明显,生活污水排放量与人均GDP关系呈线性关系,废水排放总量与人均GDP关系呈现倒"U"型关系,但拐点并未出现.最后,根据上述结论提出相应建议.

Based on the principle and model of Environmental Kuznets Curve,this paper established the models of waste discharge per capita GDP and analyzed the relationship between economic growth and environmental pollution in the Circum-Bohai-Sea Zone with economical and environmental data from 1999 to 2010.The results show that the relationship between industrial waste-water discharge and socioeconomic factor is irrespective.Tthe curve of domestic waste-water discharge in relation to GDP per capita is linear.The curve of total waste-water discharge in relation to GDP per capita is taking the shape of the left half part of inverted U,and has not reached its turning points yet.At last,the advices are put forward.
