摘要
设计了一种双作用空心液压缸,利用Solid Works软件对其进行三维特征建模,并以Simulation对该空心液压缸进行有限元网格划分、载荷分析、应力、应变分析及安全分析。验证了设计的合理性、产品设计周期长短和空心液压缸在承受载荷时的安全性。
Design a double-acting hollow hydraulic cylinder, using the Solid Works software for 3 d feature modeling, and the Simulation of the hollow hydraulic cylinder are finite element mesh, load, stress and strain analysis and security analysis. Proves the rationality of the design, shortened product design cycle, ensure the security of the hollow hydraulic cylinder when under load.
