本文对球类运动员体能水平的构成因素,体能与运动素质的关系,以及球类运动员体能训练的基本理论与原则进行了简明阐述,旨在为教练员制订身体训练计划时提供参考。
The article makes a brief exposition on the component factors of the ball games player'sphysical efficiency levels,relations between the physical efficiency levels and exercise fitness aswell as the basic theory and principles of training for the purpose of providing a reference forcoaches in making the physical training plan.
