摘要
本文主要采用问卷调查方法,从高水平运动员角度,探讨了运动员心目中理想教练员的管理行为特征,以及不同性别、年龄、文化程度、技术水平、运动项目运动员群体对理想教练员管理行为要求的差异。通过现实教练员与理想教练员管理行为比较揭示出:我国高水平运动队教练员在管理工作中表现出较强的工作性行为,而关系性行为功能则相对较弱。
Characteristics of 'ideal' coaches' managing behavior in athletes' eyes and differences of the expecattions to such be- havior by athletes of different sex, age, educational background, technical level, and sport events were studied with a ques-tionnaire answered by elite Chinese athletes. After a comparison between the managing behavior of 'acting' coaches and'ideal' coaches, it was found that coaches of top-level sports teams in China showed very good performance-directed behav-ior in their management compared to their relatively weak maintenance-directed behavior.
