2型糖尿病患者健商状况调查

Health quotient of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的了解2型糖尿病患者的健商状况及其分布特点。方法采用谢华真教授的健商问卷量表,对2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查,并全面的统计分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者整体健商偏低,基本在欠佳和良好之间,尤以欠佳比例更大,且性别之间无明显差异。结论为进一步改善糖尿病控制效果,需要提出更具针对性和时效性的健康宣教方法和措施。

Objective To investigate the health quotient of patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to design effective and scientific countermeasures and schemes of health education. Methods A total of 86 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated and analyzed through a Health Quotient Questionnaire designed by Professor Huazhen Xie. Results The total health quotient was low and none was perfect, with mostly between poor and good, and there was no difference in gender. Conclusion More pertinent and effective measurements are really needed in health education for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
