儿童创伤后应激障碍研究进展

Research progress of posttraumatic stress disorder in children

儿童处于身心发展阶段,经历创伤后易产生各种心理及行为问题,甚至导致严重精神障碍。儿童创伤后心理应激会影响其心智发展,甚至造成终身伤害。因此,早期识别和干预儿童创伤后应激障碍非常重要。文章就近年来儿童创伤后应激障碍的流行病学、病因、临床表现、诊断和治疗研究进展进行综述。

Children are in the crucial stage of physical and psychological development, and are susceptible to various psychological and behavioral problems and even mental disorder after trauma. Posttraumatic psychological stress may disturb the intelligence development and make a life-long impact on children. Therefore, the early diagnosis and intervention for posttraumatic stress disorder in children are of vital importance. The research progress of epidemiology, etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of posttraumatic stress disorder in children is reviewed in this paper.
