摘要
对最新研制的 5 UPS PRPU虚拟轴机床机构进行了分析 ,建立了机床的运动学模型 ,并得到了机构的运动学逆解表达式。详细阐述了基于三维机械CAD软件SolidWorks2 0 0 0平台 ,应用VisualBasic编程语言实现该机床实体运动学仿真的方法。为机床的一次性设计成功 。
The 5-UPS-PRPU virtual axis machine tool mechanism was analysed, the motion model of virtual axis machine tool was designed, kinematics reverse formula of parallel mechanism was obtained. Based on 3D CAD softwares——SolidWorks2000 and Visual Basic, the method of developing motion simulation for Virtual axis machine tool was presented. It can ensure successful design of virtual axis machine tool.
